- A query is a prompt we send to an AI engine on your behalf — for example, "What is the best project management tool?" Each prompt sent to each engine counts as one query. So if you monitor 10 prompts across 5 engines, that is 50 queries.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you decide not to continue, your subscription will not renew and your account will become inactive.
